Health Check provides well-child physical for Medicaid/PeachCare children 0-21 years of age.

Child Health provides well-child physical for non-Medicaid/PeachCare children 0-21 years of age.

Immunizations provides immunizations to protect children against vaccine preventable diseases and ensure appropriate shots are given for school admission.  Immunization records and school certificates are provided to parents and guardians.  Adult immunizations are also offered.

Dental Care provides for Medicaid and Peach Care eligible children. A special contract also offers dental care for HeadStart children. Provides education on preventing dental disease to patients and parents.
